Open minded and innovative, Colleen’s clients love her grounded, practical, thorough and integrative approach to food, nutrition and health.

Colleen has a passion for educating others about taking steps toward changing their lives through healthy eating. Her knowledge and drive led her to create At the Table Nutrition, a business that allows her to combine her excellent teaching capacity with her holistic approach to food.

Colleen has over 20 years of experience as a Registered Dietitian, counselling clients through various centres in the Lower Mainland. She has a Masters Degree in Education, and is a devoted lifelong learner, continually keeping up to date with innovations and trends in her field.

With many years of experience in program management, developing and facilitating seminars and workshops, focus groups, and quality improvement projects, Colleen regularly consults to the University of British Columbia, health authorities across British Columbia and Community Centres.

Colleen loves the field of food and eating and has a passion for cooking, always creating new and simple ways for everyone to eat better.
