First, fill out our contact form. We will get back to you quickly  to set up an appointment. We will then send you an intake form to complete prior to your first session.

During your initial consultation, you and your dietitian will assess your lifestyle, eating habits, cover nutrition fundamentals, discuss your goals, and create your roadmap for reaching them effectively.

Yes. IF your insurance provider offers coverage for a dietitian, then your sessions would be covered by your plan up to the limit provided by the plan. It’s a good idea to check with your benefits plan provider to ensure your plan includes coverage for a dietitian. You will be charged up front for the entire cost of the program on your first visit. We will provide you with receipts to provide to your insurance provider as you move through the sessions in your program.

Yes. If you do not have extended medical benefits that have covered your sessions with our dietitians, or you did not receive reimbursement for the full cost of your sessions, then the remaining amount can be included in your annual tax return as a medical expense.

Yes. We can provide services remotely by Skype or FaceTime or even by phone. Virtual appointments work very well for people who are unable to meet in person or don’t live close to one of our offices.

Yes. You can book a free 15 minute phone consultation where you will have the opportunity to speak with a dietitian, discuss your needs and hear more about how our services work. You can then be sure that we are a good fit and can book an appointment with confidence knowing that you are doing what’s best for you. Contact us to book your free phone consult.

Yes. You can cancel or reschedule your appointment anytime up to 24 hours in advance of your appointment. However if notice is given of cancellation or rescheduling within 24hrs of your appointment time, you may be charged a cancellation fee.
