Keep in mind – we do not support fad diets. Instead, At the Table is committed to helping our clients make sustainable long-term changes towards healthy eating and healthy living.

How We Work

At the Table nutrition offers counselling in-person or virtually. We can meet with you in person at our Vancouver or Coquitlam locations. Alternatively, we offer virtual coaching making it easy and convenient to connect and stay on track and has become a favourite for many of our clients.

While we can accept clients from outside of British Columbia, we are only registered to practice dietetics in the province of British Columbia.
